Harvest!

Around this time, some plants are ready to be harvested! Tomatoes, carrots, radishes, any herbs, and much more! once you harvest them, you can make great things with them! We harvested some tomatoes from our garden and made them into a tomato salad (I don't like tomatoes, but the rest of my family does!). We also made some fresh fruit tortes with blackberries we picked last year and garnished them with fresh mint out of our garden! We also recently harvested an eggplant and made fresh ratatouille, which was amazing! Hopefully you guys can come up with some amazing recipes, and I would love to hear about them!
